The magnificent theatre of the ancient city, built on colonnaded arches, is the largest in the whole area. Other monuments include the agora, the Apollo Temple, which is situated near the sea, a fountain and necropolis.

There are many small bars hidden away in and around the resort, all of which will offer you the typical Turkish hospitality. Expect not to pay for your drinks until you are about to leave. It is not usual to pay as you go.

A popular nightclub in the town centre is the 'Lighthouse', named after its' position in the harbour immediately next to the lighthouse! Very popular for locals and tourists alike, the music is a mixture of European and Turkish and it is open until the early hours of the morning.

East of Side, tucked in pine forests the holiday resorts of Sorgun, Titreyen Göl (Blue Flag) and Kızılağaç are both popular for their sandy beaches and sparkling sea. The atmosphere is relaxed, the accommodation plentiful and the activities endless.

West of Side, the holiday centres of Kumköy, Çolaklı and Kamelya also offer sun and sea, in close proximity to ancient sites.

There is a large sign on the breakwater warning cruisers that pumping out toilets/holding tanks or even grey water containing detergent from showers/sinks is prohibited both in the harbour and in Kalkan bay and that fines will be imposed for any infraction. The coast guard keep a very nice fast patrol boat in this harbour.

MOORING
The harbour master will direct you to a berth, most likely on the breakwater side of the harbour. This harbour is shared with Gullets, some of which are over 150 feet long. The harbour looks quite wide but pay close attention to the anchor chains of the larger moored boats as you work your way in, there is not a lot of room to maneuver with chains out on both sides of the harbour.

Anchor out and stern tie. Try not to put out too much chain, to avoid catching it on the anchors of boats on the other side of the harbour.

Kaş is in the extreme South of Turkey and therefore the climate there is lukewarm even in winter. Kaş is a beautiful, small town, an attractive touristic destination, with small marina where many sailing boats anchor. Kaş is suitable place to do shopping and banking needs. Shops have been opened owing to the development of tourism and shopping can be done easily in them.

Located only 178 km to the West of Antalya, Kaş is a typical Turkish Mediterranean coastal town with its many bustling tea houses, welcoming cafes, small and colourful souvenir shops, bars and restaurants shaping the character of the rustic harbour. For years Kaş has been a town well known and favoured by the international scuba diver.

RESTAURANT - CAFE - BAR
Countless restaurants with more variety of menu and cuisine than is usual. Many with roof-top dining. Prices reasonable. The closest is the Indigo restaurant on the breakwater. Aubergine on the other side of the harbour is another.

HOTEL
The Bilgin Hotel is a new boutique hotel at the Mediterranean sea coast, the so called as Turquoise Coast. It is located at the town centre of Kaş and 100 meters from small and pleasant Kaş Marina.

SHOPPING
Several mini-marts in the village. There are silver and jewelry stores with a larger and better selection of locally produced and antique items.

ABOUT KAŞ
An important town during the Hellenistic and Roman periods, Kaş is full of rich history dating back to 900 BC when it was known by its old Lycian name, Antiphellos. Deriving from the Greek word "Phellos", meaning stony place, the name is perfectly suited to Kaş. Throughout the Roman and Byzantine periods the town reached the height of its importance in the world of sea trading and commerce, whilst the Roman Era made Kaş renowned for its exported sea sponges.

Kaş become known as Andifli during the period of the Anatolian Seljuks, later becoming part of the Ottoman Empire. In modern Turkish, the name Kaş means "‘eyebrow" or "that which is curved" which alludes to the backdrop of 500 m high cliffs encasing the town from behind.

Today one of the most appealing features of Kaş is its proximity to the Greek Island of Kastellorizon. At only a few miles away you can sail across and enjoy a beautiful day experiencing the Island. The world famous Patara Beach, Sunken City and Kekova, St. Nicholas Church are only half an hours distance from Kaş town centre.

Adoport Tourism Ind & Trade Co. established in Antalya Free Zone, 1997 is located just 20 km from the international airport and 12 km to the city centre of Antalya, one of the most popular tourism centers of the Mediterranean.

Adoport is the first and unique Yacht Wintering and Maintenance - Repairing Plant in Free Zones of Turkey. Free Zones are deemed to be outside of the custom borders and legislative provisions pertaining taxes, levies, duties and to customs and foreign exchange obligations are not applicable. Therefore, the needs of yachts parking in our plant such as all in spare parts, maintenance - repairing equipment, bunkering, provisions and especially occupation are cheap.

Gazipaşa is a town and district of Antalya Province on the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey, 180 km east of the city of Antalya. Gazipaşa has not experienced the tourist boom of neighboring Alanya but there are now efforts being made to attract tourists to the district by building a yacht marina and an international airport. Tourist attractions include some sites from antiquity, caves, beaches, mountain walking.

Gazipaşa is a quiet rural district famous for its bananas and oranges. The local economy depends on agriculture; the land on the coastal strip is used for growing fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and bananas, and in recent years a large number of glass houses have been built to produce crops such as cucumbers, strawberries and artichokes all year round. Gazipaşa district is neighbor Alanya from west, Sarıveliler from north and Anamur from east.

BEACHES
This beautiful district has a coastline of approximately 50 km and its center is located 3 km away from the sea. About half of the coastline of Gazipaşa, which has suitable beaches for swimming, is sand and the other part consists of rocks. The virgin sea inlets with a rare beauty hiding in these rocks are ideal places for swimming.

CARETTA CARETTA HATCHING PLACES
The beaches of Gazipaşa are used as nesting grounds by the sea turtles caretta caretta. Construction is forbidden in these sea turtle areas. It makes these beaches even more silent. Land, plateaus or coastlines do not only display the beautiful and virgin nature of Gazipaşa; the sea is another remarkable source of beauty.

Huge turtles (caretta caretta), which are becoming extinct and are under protection, and pretty Mediterranean sea calves (Monacus Monacus) are seen in Gazipaşa seashores. Gazipaşa beaches are one of the seashores of the Mediterranean, where Carettas come for breeding and their babies popping out from the eggs start their journeys towards to ocean. Special precautions are taken for the spawning and hatch periods of turtles by voluntary and official organizations.

HISTORICAL PLACES
Ancient port nearby Selinus Beach extending 2.5 km and remainders of the castle protecting the port both show that this small special beach has an eternal history. Hacı Musa Stream flowing from the mountains reaches the sea from the eastern side of the beach after twisting on the plains. Both sides of the stream housing freshwater fish are decorated by dropping willows and other trees. When we look at the hillsides by raising our head, we can see the banana gardens, which love to overlook the sea and are intertwined with the ancient city’s artifacts scattered over a broad area.

In Kaş, a city where rich history meets the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, the modern comfort and lively air of our new marina complex will bring you everything you have been searching for. Kaş Marina will offer all the facilaties a modern marina and its "home away from home" lifestyle requires, from berth-side services to shopping, sports, dining and entertainment you will be able to find exactly what you are looking for.

Kaş Marina will provide berths to approximately 450 boats including mega-sized vessels. Maintenance and dry storage is planned over an area of approximately 25 ha and will make land parking available to 150 boats.

The Kaş Marina currently has 7 floating docks in addition to its mooring areas. With the inclusion of its breakwater and existing docks, the marina has the capacity to accommodate about 450 yachts safely but during the summer months the demand for mooring and related services can exceed this. The marina also has a special dock set aside for mega-class luxury yachts.

Neta Marine has been founded in Bodrum where the most prestigious yacht producing center of Turkey. Bodrum is the largest traditional yacht called ‘Gulet’, building center of the country.

Our Boatyard is located in Içmeler area of Bodrum, having 6400 m2 a large dry docking space and 1800 m2 well protected inclosed production field which the top quality vessels are produced. Additional 800 m2 new protected boat building area is under construction.

We offer a full service boatyard with expert craftsmen and experienced technical staff, from dry docking, production, maintenance to brokerage. We provide our customers with alternative solutions. Our primary goal is to produce solution, considering quality, engineering and safety criteria.

Neta Marine is able to implement all the needs of the fast moving yacht industry. Our vessels are produced in accordance with worldwide classification societies regulations and certified such as MCA, RINA and BUREAU VERITAS etc.

YACHT BUILDING
Neta Marine Boatyard, building turn-key vessels using wooden and steel hulls.

Wooden yacht building method
Laminated System : All structural components of vessel (keel, inner keel, floors, stem post and stern post, frames, beams, stringers, planking) are produced by the special marine bonding system. The bonding is being made with double component epoxy.
Classical System : All above components of the vessel are produced with massive woods. This system is slowly phased out and modern lamination system is preferred.

Steel construction yacht building method
All structural components of vessel, primarily proceeding shot blasting and shop prime ring, put into sheet iron plaque, precision cut done by using ‘nesting’ computer system than production with the latest welding method is completed. On the top of steel structure, constructed upper deck with planking, wood and steel creates unified form.

After the completion of furniture, painting, mechanical, electrical, safety equipments, accessories, sails, rigging systems, furnishing of wooden or steel construction the vessel goes through a complete inspection in the water and delivered to our customer.

Depending upon our customers preferences, our production proceeds under the control of classification societies ( Lloyds ). The Lloyd makes the periodical inspection during the production and after the final inspection before the delivery, issues the approval certificate.

REFIT
Neta Marine offers all type of services for the maintenance and refitting with the customer oriented solutions. Winterage and maintenance of boat is handled for the customer’s demand with the highest quality for the yacht equipments.

Neta Marine with expert craftsmen and experienced technical staff can handle all technical problems as well as provide high quality wood, paint, mechanic, electric, and stainless steel works will continue to offer any assistance required with reliable services.

DESIGN
Neta Marine, makes prime study and generates drawings according to its customer request, after mutual agreement obtained, project design stage starts.
All projects are created by special project design computer programs for minimizing all measuring faults, therefore all discrepancies can be easily modified in the project.

After the completion of project, if the vessel will be produce under the control of classification societies such as Lloyds, the project will be sent to the mentioned firm for an approval. Construction starts receipt upon project approval. Our primarily objective is to create safe and secure vessel in the sea, all measurement done carefully, all other criterias follows accordingly.

DRY DOCKING
Neta Marine has 6400 m2 dry docking field with approximately 30 boats capacity. We offer all types of services as well as electricity and water utilities. With our expert staff all boats are securely hauled and at the end of completion of all services required securely launched.

The yard is located at the Southeast end of the Içmeler Dockyard area, East of a rocky promontory and easily identifiable by the lush green trees and shrubs. For those who plan to come by car many ferryboat-connections between the Turkish West coast and the Greek Islands are available Since 1998 the International Milas-Bodrum Airport is in operation and many International Air charters and Turkish Airlines offer flights to and from various destinations. The airport is only 40 minutes by car from the Yard.

We specialize in hauling out, relaunching, parking, as well as high tech refurbishing, rebuilding and maintaining motor yachts and sailing yachts. A skilled staff, modern 20 ton and 70 ton travel-lifts, well equipped workshops and experience over many years enable us to offer our clients and their boats an individualized, extensive service. The 20 tons travel lift was built in this yard in 1986 and has since carried out about 20.000 lifting and launchings. The equipment is carefully maintained. The maximum beam which can be accommodated is 5.20 m. A new travel hoist rated 70 tons is operational since July 1997. This machine is again built in our yard by our own staff and is designed according to FEM the leading European norm for lifting equipments. The new travel lift able to accommodate beams up to 6,70 m.

By operating our own workshops for Painting, Sandblasting and Osmosis-Treatment, Engine and Mechanical Repair & Service, Carpentry and Fiberglass Repair, Metal and Stainless Steel Repair, Welding and Fabrication we are able to meet the most individual needs. We haul out and relaunch the yachts with two modern travel lifts rated 20 ton and 70 ton.

To make the stay of the yacht-owner as comfortable as possible we offer permanent electricity and water supply, international public telephone, fax and e-mail access. A professional staff fluent in Turkish, English and German increase efficiency. Our yard tries to make the client's stay comfortable by providing clean toilets and showers. There is also a small private beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Yat Lift has a 24 hour on-site security and full insurance cover, wc.

In Bodrum one can find very good shops, supermarkets, nice restaurants and an exciting nightlife. Very close to the city center is the Milta Bodrum Marina with a fuel station and other facilities. There is a good sailmaker in town which may be of interest to sailor. For modern medical care there are three hospitals: The Özel Bodrum Hastanesi, a private hospital with a very good reputation and English, French and German speaking staff, Yücelen Hastanesi and the Devlet Hastanesi (state hospital).

The haul out and re-launch of a yacht is delicately carried out by our professional staff. No matter if the vessel is a 70 ton ship, a luxurious motorboat or a lovely Folk boat; we handle each yacht with the knowledge of many years of experience and a specialized technical background. The 20 ton travel-lift was built in this yard in 1986 and has since carried out about 10.000 haul out and launchings. The equipment is carefully maintained.

A new travel hoist rated 70 ton has been operational since 1998. This machine was built in our yard by our own staff and is designed according to FEM, the European norm for lifting equipment. The new travel-lift is able to accommodate beams up to 6,70 m. After the haul out, the yachts are choked up with struts and are braced in accordance to practices accepted by our insurers. We estimate the total number of yachts which have been stored in our yard to about 3.000.

The yachts in the yard and the work carried out through the yard is insured up to US$ 1.500.000 according to the Marina Operator's Liability Clause and the Boat Repairer's Responsibilities Clause. It should be noted that this insurance covers not only the yard but also the vicinity of 100 nm around the yard.

ENGINE
Engine work at Yat Lift is in the hands of specialists, trained by Caterpillar, Volvo, Yanmar and other manufactures. Their work included inspection, preventive maintenance, repair and advise as well as the complete overhaul of engines, generators, gearboxes, windlasses etc. Usual spare parts for engines of international brands are in stock at Yat Lift. Other spare parts may be obtained at short notice. In our workshop we carry out oil change and periodic services according to the manufacturers recommendations. Furthermore we carry out rebuilding of marine internal combustion engines, injector test and adjustment rebuilding installation of drive legs and gearboxes. We carefully install and align marine propulsion plants. We are an authorized marine dealer and service centre for : CAT, VOLVO PENTA and YANMAR.

MECHANIC
Welding is a process for joining separate pieces of metal in a continuous metallic bond. It is a very delicate work that needs to be done on a level of high quality to last for a long time especially in a salty environment. We operate a workshop that is equipped with several TIG (tungsten invent gas) welding next to conventional welding machines. We have wide extensive experience with stainless steel welding and welding 'exotic' metals like bronze or aluminum. We use special technics to passivate welded parts against seawater. We are also able to locate hidden welding defeats. CARPENTRY
The Turkish coast has a long tradition of wooden ships. Yat Lift continues this tradition with its team of experts. Hi- tech, as well as traditional skills are utilized for anything from renovating the hull to laying new teak decks, building gratings, furniture, or lamination in wood and epoxy. ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP
A carefully installed electric system is one of the most important aspect of a well maintained and secure yacht. BATTERY WORKSHOP
Once the boat has been lifted out of the water all batteries are taken to the battery service centre checked as to their state by computer and recharged according to the manufacturer's specification. The owner receives a maintenance protocol at the end of the lay up period. We can also provide new high quality Bosch batteries with two years guarantee by the manufacturer as well as Del co Batteries, free of maintenance with one year guarantee.

WINTERIZING
Spread over a paved area of 7.000 square meters and 13.000 square meters compressed soil our parking area can accommodate up to two hundred yachts. The yachts are choked up with wooden struts an dare braced in accordance to practices accepted by our insurers(see below). We estimate the total number of yachts which have been stored in the past in our yard to about 2.500. The parking area is divided into sub areas and in each division there is water and plenty electric connections (220 v and 380 v) as well as a fire hydrant. 24 hours security at all times, watchdogs, barbed wire fences, plenty of fire extinguishers and a tanker car add to safety.

How To Approach
Sailing into Marmaris bay, you face the 16th century Ottoman castle still guarding the accident harbour. At your starboard side you will notice the rising hills of green pine and golden shrubbery at the foot of which Netsel Marina lies. The bay has no underwater hazards such as sand banks or rocks so it's extremely safe to approach through VHF, channel 06 and you will be directed by our control tower staff into a berth. Please remember; our call sign is " Port Marmaris ".

How To Reach Marmaris
There are direct flights to Dalaman Airport From all major cities of Europe during the high season. If you are not sailing in but have booked a charter boat in Netsel Marina, then please follow the instructions of your chartering company. After arriving at the airport and a short transfer through attractive countryside to Marmaris, you will be directed to your yacht.

Our marina is located in the heart of antiquity and unsurpassed natural beauty, while remaining totally unspoiled unlike so many others areas in the Mediterranean.

When you moor in Netsel Marina, it is easy to cruise a relaxed and meandering coastline to outlying villages or a stopover for lunch. Your cruising will require a minimum of "Keyif" as we Turks say, which in literal terms means, "Enjoyment". This means peering over the side of the boat and seeing the sea bottom clearly down to 25 feet. Or, lying on deck under a full moon and, counting shooting stars in an equally crystal clear Mediterranean sky. In short, this "keyif" is exactly the reason why you come to Marmaris.

Marmaris town is located at the south-western corner of Turkey where coastal shoreline provides some of the most beautiful and unspoiled cruising spots in the world. Here you may find many opportunities for day sailing and cruising. The geographical location of the town is 36° 5' N, 28° 16' E and Netsel Marina is built right next to the old town. Marmaris is sixty miles, one and half hour drive over pine covered hills to Dalaman International Airport. The Island of Rhodes is only 25 miles away to the south.

Two concrete-block breakwaters enclose a total area of nearly one hectare providing easily accessible berthing of yachts up to 40 meters L.O.A. The marina features a floating concrete docking system where yachts are tied stern to. Berths are spacious enough to allow berth holders to sail their boats whenever they wish. The piers are made of Swedish patented floating concrete pontoons, firmly anchored to concrete blocks for safe mooring. The marina provides all-weather protection for over 750 yachts.

Each berth has access to a service box where you can get fresh water and 220 volt (16 amps) electricity both free of charge . If your water or electricity connections do not fit ours , you can get supplies from the marina yacht shop.

Shore facilities currently include 120 units of toilets and hot water showers which are free to berth holders.
The petrol station, situated on the inner breakwater, is also operational for serving diesel, petrol and lubrication oil.

A daily fax report in English is posted in the reception office at 09:00 every morning.

We are pleased to offer the use of our facsimile machine and facilities for photocopying. There is a nominal charge for these services. You can obtain a current price list from the reception desk. Although a telephone outlet is available on your service box, connection may be arranged only on application to the reception . International calls can also be made from the booths situated in the shopping mall.

For the safety of you and your boat, Netsel Marina is equipped with 50 Kg and 6 Kg halogen gas dry powder fire extinguishers located near the piers . The road along the quay is so designed that the piers can be easily reached by local fire fighting lorries. In case of fire, please inform the Marina office immediately for further professional assistance.

The reception desk will be happy to advise on itineraries for local and out of town tours, as well as handle all your travel arrangements. During the winter months live a boards organize inland excursions. Participation is open to all boat owners. Sale of sailing books and maps is also handled by Migros Supermarket in the marina.

Netsel Marina prices for mooring and other services are among the most competitive in the entire Mediterranean basin. A price list is given at the end of this information kit. As you will notice, the longer you stay in the marina, the more reduction will be granted on the list prices. The Marmaris International Yacht Club was founded in 1992 by the yachtsmen and women of Marmaris. Bodrum Offshore Sailing Club (B.A.Y.K.) has been founded in 2001 to gather lovers of sailing sport. Our goal is to promote and facilitate the sport of sailing in Turkey and bring it up to international standards while organizing races that support both sailing sport and tourism. SEA RESCUE
Our aim; is to strive for intervening the disasters of any nature and the accidents efficiently both under and above water eventually to occur in Bodrum and its environs. Bodrum Sea Rescue was established in 1999 with the support of Milta Bodrum Marina and volunteers who specialize in sea activities. Bodrum Sea Rescue is the first sea rescue unit in Turkey. Since 2001, Bodrum Sea Rescue has been the Bodrum representative of Seamen Support Association of Turkey. The unit consists of commercial divers, diving instructors, emergency rescue medical doctors as well as captains. The purpose of Bodrum Sea Rescue is to provide the fastest and most medically efficient response to all underwater and maritime accidents . The unit works closely with Coast Guard authorities as well as Class I Offshore powerboat races and any maritime events.

VOLUNTEER TEAM
We are 34 persons, We are all professional scuba-divers, In our team, there are 1 paramedic, 6 doctors whom 3 of them are educated in the field of emergency intervening, We all had first aid courses and regularly take part in drills and seminars in order to upgrade our skills and knowledge, In any case of emergency, we are able to be ready within maximum 10 minutes, Each rescue team consist of a captain, two scuba-divers and a doctor.

The authorized technical services that originally functioned within the structure of the Milta Bodrum Marina when it was established in 1999 became independent in February 2006; since then they continue to serve the yachting community under the direction of our company, Sailor Teknik.

Ever striving to raise the quality of our services, since October 2006 we have modernized our offices, increased the standards of our authorized technical workshops, and, with our expert staff are able to offer the following :

The foremost function of our organization is to provide maintenance, repair and technical support for yachts moored in the Bodrum Milta Marina. OSMOSIS TREATMENT
As all boat owners know, there is a specter hovering over all vessels made of GRP, (Glass-Reinforced Polyester), namely the threat of osmosis. This usually invisible creep of moisture through the gelcoat weakens the structure and eventually causes separation of layers resulting in structural failure. It is also no secret that early diagnosis makes an effective cure much easier; late diagnosis makes treatment difficult and costly.

International Paints and Jotun Paints, as well as others, have tackled the problems of osmosis treatment with good results and we are pleased to offer solutions through our Paint and Varnish Workshop where the following are applied : International Paints Osmosis treatment, Jotun Paints Osmosis treatment, Hotvac - this heat and vacuum application shortens the time needed to cure osmosis. The most appropriate time period for osmosis treatment is between September and December.

Well this is our base, we chose Port Bodrum Yalıkavak Marina because, of all the new marinas, this is one of the few real centres that has everything that boat owners really want. Even a beach where your wife can relax when you are messing with the boat again in summer there is always a cool brease to make life more relaxing. Our office and workshop is in the technical service area, and is open for our clients to come and chat or get the inside information on local anchorages.

Here you can see just some of the major brands that we deal with, we carry stocks for most of the large yacht manufactures and can normally import that difficult part if required. Our long years of expertise means that there is nothing new to us, we only have to look up our database and it will have been done before. We are always on the lookout for new and interesting products so watch this space for new innovations that will appear as the year goes by...

Looks fantastic just like teak we think this product will change the yachting world in a big way. These generators are made by a company that really knows the business robust quiet and affordable.

ENGINE AND MECHANICS
Mercedes to Perkins engine transplant not an easy one, but after new engine beds and rewiring it looks and works fantastic. Winch servicing, these items together with anchor winches have a hard life. But with correct servicing they will last the life of the yacht. From an old BMC to a new BMC we can still get parts for older engines they may not be as fuel efficient as the new engines on the market today but again they should last the life of the yacht. Gearboxes of all types come into our workshop from small bearing problems to gear teat wear together with clutch slipping problems again it's all been done before.
Exhaust systems of high tech fast motor yachts need careful design this one will end up with carbon fibre coverings and heat shields these turbo exhausts glow red when at full speed so they need to be right.

FIBERGLASS AND GEL COAT REPAIR
Well all boats get damaged from time to time there are just too many things to hit . Gel coat repairs are carried out using original colours or we can match the colour in house. Larger fibre glass repairs normally means the boat being out of the water and here at our base with a 100 ton lift and clean hard standings the job can be done to perfection.

OSMOSIS TREATMENT
If your boat starts to get gel coat blisters then it could be that the hull has osmosis over many years the hull slowly gets wetter, so it may be time for our osmosis treatment system. We carry out a full hull survey using the latest test equipment then report on the findings. If action is needed such as gel coat removal, then it's the latest gel plane machine that we will use to do the work, this machine takes off only what is needed and gives a perfect finish for the application of the epoxy systems, drying time vary but again a progress report is carried out. Soon we will have the latest Hot-Vac machine that can dry the hull in just a few weeks removing impurities in the process in this way the boat is out of the water for a shorter time allowing great savings in yards fees.

PAINT WORK
If its time for a new paint finish for your yacht then Sound Yachts are the people to talk to. We have the barracuda system where the paint is mixed and sealed into a pressure pot system, meaning that the paint is uniform and no stopping to mix a new batch, just like a high quality car all our paint systems carry a full guarantee and is normally done under cover.

RUDDER & KEEL REPAIR
Its very easy to touch the bottom no matter how careful we are, so we get quite a few yachts in for rudder and keel repairs, last year we changed the keel on nearly new yacht that had run up on a reef. This job was started on a wednesday and the boat was ready to launch on saturday that must be a record. Rudders also suffer a lot of damage but its all in a days work at sound yachts nothing to small nothing to big.

RIGGING
We can import complete masts fit new wires or carry out normal rig tuning, with over 25 years in this field we know what's needed, swaging up to 16 mm can be done in house and both European and far east 1x19 wire can be supplied. we can also supply genuine stalock terminals and the latest hi mod terminal system from Sweden.

TEAK DECKING
Many yachts are fitted with teak decks from new but after time they start to look rather tired. Look at some of the pictures and you can see what a difference Sound Yachts can make. With careful sanding and repairs to the caulking they can look like new again. New teak decks are carried out by us at our base using bursa teak selected by us direct from the importers. We can also import quarter saw planks from the UK. Our supplier in the UK is the number one supplier in Europe.

COOLING & HEATING SYSTEMS
Fridge systems have to work hard in this hot country, so they have to be good. Our 2000 twin system gives you a real freezer at -22 plus a normal fridge at down to -11. Using the latest danfos compressers these units draw very low amps meaning that any yacht with normal battery storage and charging can run these systems. Also, as the system uses storage plate technology you only have to run the engine for one to two hours a day and that means at the hight of summer cooling just got better.

INTERIOR DECORATION AND CARPENTRY
Over the years we have carried our a number of interior design projects. These include both small and large alterations from reupholstery to a complete empty hull fit out. It's all been done before, our in house 'Madi Collection' includes some fantastic ideas to give your boat interior, an individual look beautiful furnishings and covers made just for you.

IMPORT & EXPORT

Selmar Yacht Service has built a reputation for providing top quality craftsmanship. FIBERGLASS
With years of experience in building, repairing and modifying boats, Selmar Yacht Service can meet all your needs. We are able to do new construction, structural repairs, build molds, forms,vacuum bag, build radar arches, hardtops, helm stations, WPit extensions, transom doors, etc. Depending on the application, we make use of polyester, vinyl ester resins and epoxies. We make use of pre and/or post cure methods if the application is called for in combination with various core materials and cloth weaves, be it carbon, Kevlar or glass cloths. It all depends on th ease of stress and application.

BLISTER REPAIRS
Blister repair is always a great concern with boat owners and today's mass produced production boats. Due to the porosity of polyester resins and gel coat, the polyester lay-up slowly absorbs water over time which reacts and becomes imbedded in the small voids in the layup. The purpose of doing a blister repair is to fix the blisters which have caused the lay-up to delaminate and bring the moisture content of the hull to +/- 5% and then, once this level is reached to encapsulate the bottom with a barrier to prevent water from being absorbed again, by applying a much denser and much less porous barrier such as an epoxy.

Once the bottom has been stripped for drying out, Selmar Yacht Service has a process where we record the moisture content when the drying out period starts to use it as our baseline until the content has been reduced to acceptable levels. This record keeping covers points around the hull and the owner is sent a copy for his records and to keep him appraised of the progress.

Once the hull reaches an acceptable level, we proceed to fix the blisters with epoxy and glass cloth to original standards. We do not use off the shell blister fillers, as we found that because it is a different medium and density than the original lay-up, it has a tendency to separate from the hull especially in boats that operate in an environment where there are big temperature differentials which cause the different densities to expand and contract at difference rates. This causes the secondary bonds to fail and allow water to penetrate. Once the blisters are repaired and faired to original, we coat the bottom with six layers of WEST SYSTEM EPOXY and then apply off-the-shelf barrier coat systems as primer before bottom painting. Selmar Yacht Service has had great success doing it this way, although it is very labor intensive

REPAIR & INSTALLATION

PAINTING & COATING
In the marine environment the correct coating and method of application is an important factor in protecting your investment and extending its life. There are various topside and bottom coatings, depending on the type of boat, the use and the kind of construction, the area and environment that the boat or part will be operating in. Selmar Yacht Service can upon inspection give you recommendations on the correct coating and application method. of any coating is in the preparation and making the right product choice for the application.

Selmar Yacht Service also has' the facility to take care of your coating needs for yachts up to 100 feet. We specialize in multicomponent part polyurethane paints such as INTERNATIONAL, AWlGRIP, HEMPEL, JOTUN, TEKNOMARIN and single part polyurethanes and bottom coating systems made by TEFMOMARIN and MORAVIA brands. The Marina Yacht Club has been providing year-round service in Bodrum for many years now. The complex is located at the entrance to the Milta Bodrum Marina, presenting a unique atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The original bars and restaurants have been popular meeting places for sailors, writers, artists in fact anyone and everyone who enjoys good food and good music in a relaxed atmosphere.

With three restaurants and four bars which now covers a total area of 1800 m2 and caters for up to 700 diners. Service continues throughout the day starting with breakfast and ending with late night snacks. The whole of the Marina Yacht Club bears the signature of ADA.

ACTIVITIES
Winter season "Live Music" continues
During the winter season The Bodrum Marina Yacht Club Restaurant & Bar continues to provide "Live Music" each and every night between 21:00 - 01:00, with offering you relaxing and enjoyable evenings while you enjoy your diner and drinks.
No matter winter or summer, the Bodrum Marina Yacht Club brings great live music to it's guests for all 365 days of a year, and this winter we are ready for the new season with yet another fantastic program.
Light music is accompany dinner by local musicians between 21:00 - 22:30
22:30 and about 01:00 Jazz & Latin, Pop & Oldies music is performed in the Yacht Club Bar & Restaurant during the winter nights. This has become one of the most popular venues for drinks and music in Bodrum

BARS
Within the Marina Yacht Club there are four separate bars
The Club Bar is the oldest and is most popular for meeting friends and 'putting the world to rights'.
The Roof Bar is only open during the summer months and, with its spectacular views of Bodrum's floodlit Crusader Castle and the Bodrum Marina, is the ideal meeting place.
In La Vela Bar you can sip your pre-dinner drink and try one of the many cocktails on offer.
The Jazz Bar is the largest bar in the complex where the live jazz and Latin music go on into the summer nights.

RESTAURANTS
The Marina Yacht Club has three different restaurants providing tastes from around the world. The menus and kitchens for all three of the Marina Yacht Club restaurants are under the personal supervision of Hasan Hüseyin Erdem who is a member of the Turkish National Cooks Team.
Cafe La Vela : Serves an eclectic selection of interesting food, from sandwiches to Baked Sea Bass Fillet but concentrating mainly on Italian dishes. The pizzas, which are baked in a wood-fired oven, and the Cannelloni alone should not be missed.
Club Restaurant : Club Restaurant has always been very popular all day long serving excellent Turkish and International dishes at very reasonable prices.
Roof Marine : One of the new additions to the complex, this restaurant specializes in fish dishes and the Sushi here is among the best in Turkey. Steamed Fish in a Jar and Swordfish on Vine leaves are two of our guests' favorite dishes. For fine dining try the Roof Marine Restaurant. One of the new additions to the complex, this restaurant specializes in Turkish "meze"s and International food.

Our village-like little boat yard is built just outside the Marmaris town that could easily be reached by 10 minutes walk from the town center or 5 minutes cycling. You could also use your dinghy in order to go to town and get back to the marina as it takes a couple of minutes via tenders. Daily shopping could alternatively be made with reasonable rates at the market which is located next to the little bar-restaurant within the marina premises.

Ideally located in Marmaris; next to the heart of the town but world away from the city bustle. Situated in a spot of stunning natural beauty and surrounded by pine trees, Albatros Marina is a pretty and peaceful refuge only 1.5 km from Marmaris town centre. Albatros Marina provides close proximity to all major facilities including shopping, dining, entertainment, accommodation, banking & postal services, transportation and other services

APPROACHING
If you are not sailing in but have booked a charter boat in Marmaris, then please follow the instructions of your chartering company. If you are arriving with your yacht, our boat yard's global positioning coordinates are 36° 50' N, 28° 17' E which is the actual spot where Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet. Upon your arrival in Marmaris bay, please call us with call sign "Albatros Marina" on VHF radio channel 06 in order to enable our office staff to divert you into a convenient berth.

MOORING AT MARINA
Discerning yacht owners appreciate the secure harbor location, full berth features and impeccably maintained facilities. All berths have access to electricity and water. There is mooring facility for various type sailing yachts and motor yachts in our boatyard. Although our winter mooring capacity is limited with 60 berths, the unique geographical location functions as well as a natural breakwater for those moored at our boat yard and therefore this number increases up to 150 yachts between May and October. The little river side quay that is also fitted with fresh water and shore power outlets, husbands some 60 yachts safely during the winter period.

DRY DOCK AT MARINA
Our yard is capable to host 240 yachts on the hard at the same time. We have got a travel lift of 20 tons for smaller yachts and a cradle for bigger ones.
The cradle may pull out yachts that are up to 200 tons of weight and 30 meters of length. The travel lift and automatic crane offers to facilitate the maneuver of boats in and out of water efficiently. Since some draught depths of specially designed yachts may require a technical modification on the cradle, it is recommended to get a technically haulage confirmation prior to heading your yacht to the marina. With electricity and water available throughout the dry-docking area, the boat owners can carry out their own shore repairs. There are also facilities for the laying-up of boats in a covered shelter.

BOATYARD & BERTH FACILITIES
Within this 30,000 square meter of land and water Albatros Marina offers a number of amenities for boaters, such as friendly staff, lots of open space, well maintained facilities, concrete docks, electricity, water, fully serviced berths, and experienced technical staff.

Haulage & Launch with travel-lift : Caters for boats up to 4.50 meters wide and up to 20 tones in weight. Albatros Marina has hard-stand area which can accommodate up to 250 boats, from smallest craft up to 40 meters in length.
Haulage & Launch with Cradle (Sledge) : Caters for boats up to 40 meters in length and up to 150-200 tons weight
Jetties with shore power, light and fresh water
Fully serviced berths connected to electricity in lock-down posts : Fresh water and 220V electricity is provided free of charge at each berth. The supply of electricity is metered and charged accordingly.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Albatros Marina can cover a wide range of maintenance and repairs, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, wood-working, sail-repair, refrigeration, upholstery etc. Additionally, a diver is available undertaking underwater repairs, hull inspection and other tasks. For further information on any kind of repairs do not hesitate to contact the marina office.

ON-SITE SERVICES
At Albatros Marina, number of different on-site services are available.
Reception Office : The marina is open all year round on a 24-hour basis. The Reception Office is located in the Administration building, where our friendly staff will assist you with all arrival formalities, deal with any problems that might arise and provide you with any kind of information you might need.
The opening hours of the Reception Office vary according to the season. You may call the Office or the Duty Officer on VHF channel 06.
Waterfront Restaurant-Bar : Fine dining in an contemporary relaxed environment. For a quick pick-me-up, enjoy your favorite ice cream, grab a hamburger, fish sandwich or some picnic fixings. Sample some apple pie to satisfy your sweet tooth. Relax over a rich cup of coffee, a refreshing cool drink or a tasty snack. It's all here... and don't forget some candy for that "special gift".
Well-stocked market store : Located next to the restaurant is the market store covering most of your essential requirements
Marina office : Secretarial & computer services, internet, fax, telephone facilities. Operates everyday from 8 am - 5 pm in winter season and 8 am - 7 pm in summer season. All bookings and payment of accounts are to be made through the office.
Laundry Room : Washer and dryer machines are found near the shower units. Dry cleaning service can be organized via our concierge.
Toilets and showers : Modern and clean facilities with 24 hrs hot water for marina customers.
Telephones : Public telephone booths are sited in several parts of the marina as well as at the Reception Office, where there is also a fax service
Weather Reports: Daily weather reports are displayed on the notice board at reception. You may also request weather information from the marina office via VHF.
Postal Services : Mailbox is located at the marina office Letters or parcels should be collected from the Reception Office.
Transportation : Car rental and motorbike rental services can be arranged by marina office staff. There is a taxi station by the gate of the marina. Local bus schedule can be obtained from the marina office.
Car Parking : Facilities for the parking of cars and boat trailers are available free of charge to our guests. Please park only at the designated areas. The marina is not responsible for the loss or theft of items from parked vehicles
Security : The entrances to the marina are manned by private security guards on a 24-hour basis. Both on and off shore there is constant surveillance by marina personnel.

Albatros Marina has also been acting as a general clearing agent for all kind of yachts and vessels in Marmaris. Our experienced team's ultimately professional assistance begins as soon as the vessel(s) and/or yacht(s) enter(s) to Turkish territorial waters and lasts till the last mooring line is detached from the shore of the vessel and/or yacht in service.

CUSTOMS - CHECK IN - OUT : Bonding of foreign yachts is carried out at Marmaris Customs Office. The Marina is a customs bonded area and foreign flagged yachts can be left in bond.

ENTRY BY CAR : You can enter the marina by car only if you are loading/unloading passengers and/or equipment. Boat owners, marina visitors and guests should park their vehicle in the marina's car parking lot. The responsibility of the car belongs to the car owner. If your car is to be left unattended for more than 24 hours. The keys should be deposited in the marina office so that the staff can move the vehicle should it be necessary.

HOURS OF OPERATION : The Marina is open 24 hours a day. All year round.

MARINA RECEPTION : Reception is open throughout the working day and our ground staff continue to serve you after normal working hours. You can call us on VHF Channel 73 or 16 for any assistance you may require or alternatively visit the office.

YACHT MOVEMENT : For Safety reasons, yachts should notify the Marina of their movements and passage itinerary, whenever possible. The owners of captains should inform the company of their departure and expected return before leaving the Marina.

SPEED : Please observe the Marina speed 3 knots. This applies to tenders also.

TECHNICAL SERVICES : An extensive range of technical service are available upon request. Dry-docking and hauling is served by a 60 ton travel lift.

TOURS AND TRANSFERS : Airport transfers are available upon request. Please book 24 hours in advance at the Marina office. With our luxurious minibus we offer services from the Martı Marina to Içmeler, Marmaris and back. You can get on the bus in front of the office.

ELECTRICITY & WATER
Water and electricity up to 32 amps are free of charge. Usage of electricity over 32 amps and bulk water supplies will be charged for by the marina

LAUNDRY
A self service laundry is open all day; token are available at the marina reception.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
First Aid is available at the marina office for minor accidents. In case of a major emergency, an ambulance will be supplied by the marina that will take you to the Private Hospital in Marmaris, a journey of 25 minutes.

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES
We offer a range of other services such as guardian age, boat valeting etc. Please contact the marina office fur further details and prices.

PTT (Post Office)
The local post office is situated in the main square in Marmaris. An express courier service is also available in Marmaris.

REFUSE AND CONTAMINANTS
Special refuse containers are available on the piers. If you require pump out services for waste oil bilge and dirty water, the Marina can provide this.

SHOPPING
You can obtain most of your needs from our Martı Marina shopping center.

WASHROOMS
First Class toilet and shower facilities are at your service 24 hours a day.

A weather forecast, supplied daily from the internet is shown on notice boards at the Marina office and at various locations around the Marina.

INTERNATIONAL BLUE FLAG
Martı Marina is a Blue Flag awarded establishment for its cleanliness that meets the international standards; that is to say, it's the one and only Marina in Turkey where people can go swimming as well.
As the Martı Marina is built on stakes, the water circulation is not blocked and therefore the sea water always stay clean.
The cradles specially designed by Martı Marina protect the boats on shore, regardless of the weather conditions.
In Martı Marina, a special kind of pump is used to drain and refine the sewage tanks and the bilge of the yachts.
There exists a system, where the oil wastes are collected.
Martı Marina acts on the professional principles under the regulation of the National Yacht Harbour Association in London.

The Pupa Yacht Marina is located 4 miles away from the busy city of Marmaris in a beautiful corner of the bay. The small park next to the hotel and its natural beach with crystal clear sea waters meet with green pine woods with the fragrance of liquidambar trees, the entire environment tempting to take a walk or a swim on the spot. The restaurant / bar in the garden offers a large selection of traditional Turkish meals as well as fresh fish and meat dishes, sometimes prepared on the garden barbecue.

Next to the marina you will find a large parking area, a taxi service available 24 hours a day and a minibus stop (the Turkish dolmuş), where buses leave in 15 minutes intervals starting at 07:00 hrs in the morning until 01:00 hrs at night.

The marina features a floating docking system with mooring lines for up to 30 berths where yachts are tied stern to. The berths are spacious enough to allow berth holders to sail their boats whenever they wish without prior co-ordination with other skippers. Each berth has access to a service box providing fresh water and 220 V / 16 Amp. electricity free of charge. If adaptors should be required, just let our Pupa Yacht Office know.

YACHT OFFICE
The Pupa Yacht Office is open 24 hours per day and our staff will handle inquiries and support requests in a timely manner and with care. In case of emergency, please, inform our office immediately, so that adequate measures can be taken. If you should need sea maps, ropes or other pieces of equipment we shall not hesitate to provide those from our own stocks or we will assist you in obtaining them from Marmaris. There is also a boat cleaning service available.

SHOWERS AND TOILETS
At present berth holders can use the facilities of the hotel located outside of the buildings. Plans for the construction of a new building with toilets and showers in the vicinity of the pontoon, i.e. close to the moored yachts, have been completed; the new facility will be available shortly.

FUEL AND OIL
The petrol station at the foot of the pontoon provides Diesel, oil and lubrications; on special request also petrol can be obtained in reasonable quantities.

SAFETY
The marina is under continuous control of guards, i.e. 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS
Our fire precaution equipment consists of 6 kg, 9 kg and 50 kg halogen and dry powder fire extinguishers. In addition we have installed a Lamborghini pump with a capacity of 30 t of sea water per hour. All in all we feel well equipped in case a fire should break out. Worth mentioning is also that the road leading to the pontoon has been designed in way that fire lorries have easy access to the pontoon and the yachts. In case of fire we strongly advise to immediately inform the Pupa Yacht Office in order to obtain further assistance from the local fire protection force if deemed necessary.

TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES
We are pleased to offer to you the use of our facsimile and photocopy machines for a nominal charge. The current price list is available at the Pupa Yacht Office. For local and international telephone calls, please, contact the reception desk or the bar of the Pupa Yacht Hotel. For those of you, who travel with your laptop, we offer printouts on one of our printers at the Pupa Yacht Office; you can also be granted access to the internet and receive / send emails. Clients without 'high tech equipment' can do internet surfing on our PCs.

THE ANKER MARINA SERVICE FACILITIES
The AMS facility is a fully integrated maintenance and repair service for both sail and powerboats. It consists of a designated team of experts with support workshops for woodwork; engineering, mechanical / electrical; painting and metal work. Each of the individual sections is seamlessly linked to the central control office, which is responsibled for the company’s quality assurance and guarantee.

The company is based in Setur Marmaris Netsel Marina / Marmaris with subsidiary contact offices in D-Marin Turgutreis Marina / Bodrum and Marmaris Yacht-Marina / Marmaris. Work can be undertaken either ashore or afloat in all three locations but the company has operated, on a mobile basis, in most of the major marinas along the Turkish coast.

In agreement with the marinas with in Marmaris bay we can accommodate boats up to 150 feet on hard standing with a haul out capacity of 320 metric tons. This enables us to undertake major refitting and repair projects on vessels of considerable size. In addition to the hands on practical side of our company we can also offer, due to our past experience in senior marina management, a consultant service covering marine surveys and yacht convincing.

WOODWORK
AMS. takes pride in the range and quality of its woodwork. We have on our staff carpenters, joiners and cabinet makers which enable us to confidently undertake virtually any type of new or reconstructive projects. Our carpentry and joinery section incorporates the traditional skills of shipwrights and have particular expertise in designing and laying teak decks using only first quality naturally dried Burma teak and appropriate caulking to suit variations in climatic conditions.

The dedicated and knowledgeable staff in our paint and fiberglass section is ready to help maintain the integrity and value of your boat. Painting with the right degree of preparation not only improves the aesthetic appeal of a boat but is also vital to the protection of its structure. Technical advances in paint manufacture makes it possible to create a paint programme which delivers the necessary protection and conforms to the designated requirements of the client.

At AMS our painters have been schooled by major paint produces such as International and Awl grip which ensures that they fully understand the properties of modern paints and can therefore advise clients of the appropriate combination to meet stated objectives. Whether the boat is constructed of steel, fiberglass, wood or aluminum each have specific paint problems which must be understood and addressed to ensure a perfect finish. Anker Marina Services offers superior Awl grip and international coating services.

Our staff is expert at color matching and touch ups, as well as complete refinishing including fairing and proper preparation work. With over a decade of service we have completed a myriad of refinishing projects on boat of all sizes and styles. Besides topsides refinishing AMS also completes Awl grip work on mast booms and other miscellaneous parts. Our Painting shop allows boat owners to choose the brand of suppliers for proper finishing and procedure that these products require. OSMOSIS TREATMENT
Over the years, Anker Marina Services has garnered a reputation as an expert in the field of Osmosis treatment. Having tested many of the techniques and materials used today, we regularly provide guidance and consultation services to other repair facilities.

Osmotic blisters, when not through the production failure where 90% of the osmosis within the first five years is due to this, result when water, that will naturally permeate through the gel coat and laminate layers, becomes trapped within the layers after combining with other molecules from the laminate material. Once trapped, this newly "enhanced" water molecule will exert pressure on the gel coat trying to permeate back through. This pressure eventually becomes the blister we all associate with this problem.

AMS has tested various methods for removing the damaged gel coat and laminates, and drying hulls. In addition we have tested several finishing methods.
Though there is still much to learn about blistering, and its causes, AMS continues to pioneer new techniques and equipment to achieve the best possible repairs. As long as the cause for the osmosis is not the production mistakes,with our techniques and materials we use ,we guarantee our work for 5 years.

Up to your request the boats can be 24 meters, 27 meters, 29 meters and 31 meters length.
The cabin numbers can be reduced as the square meters of the cabins get wider.
All internal designs are handmade furniture.
Double engines are preferred on the boats. The brands of the machines will be bought upon your request. Therefore the prices do not include the engines. You can choose the engines, purchase them and can send them directly to our shipyard.
Purchasing all navigation tools such as Radar, Gps, Fish finder, Depth sounder, etc... belongs to the client but fitting of all equipment belongs to our company.
All the accessories used on the boat are chromium. We use only non-rusted steel of 316 quality.

All our boats have RINA certificate ( Italian Lloyd ). Lloyd is included in the price.
The sail poles can be from iron or wood and will have an oval shape.
The deadlines starting from the order period will be between 18-24 months.
The deliveries can be made only in June, July or in August.

The prices up to the length are as;
24 meters Yacht : 700.000 Euro
27 meters Yacht : 850.000 Euro
29 meters Yacht : 1.000.000 Euro
31 meters Yacht : 1.200.000 Euro

By land : Club Mistral is 25 km to Marmaris where you can reach after 20-25 minute drive. Turn left on Datça Road when you see Orhaniye sign, continue driving 6 km more. Take the path down to the seaside 100 m before the entrance of Martı Marina where Club Mistral sign is erected.
From the Airport : Dalaman International Airport is 115 km away. Martı Marina shuttle bus is available from the airport.

RESTAURANT
Our menu includes mainly Mediterranean dishes. We offer a minimum of 12 choices of starters made of daily fresh vegetables. In addition, owing to the founder of Mistral, Okan Kitapçı who has spent great deal of time in Far Eastern countries and especially Thailand where he went to cooking courses, we offer specials from Thai cuisine available at no other restaurant in the area.

Steamed Sea Bass in Lemon Grass, Beef Curry, Stirfried Chicken in Chili Peanut Sauce, Vegetables in Oyster Sauce, Dim Sum are just a few examples.
And more, since Okan Kitapçı is an expert in far-eastern food ornamentation, dishes you are served not only appeal to your stomach but also to you eyes.
All our tables and chairs as well as placemats and other accessories are manufactured in Thailand, the furniture is teak.

BAR & LIVE MUSIC
The kind of music we broadcast in our restaurant and bar, by the pool area and the beach is in line with the natural beauties we are surrounded by. We apologize from the pop and techno music lovers, but this is our principle. We only play classical soft jazz.

It is also our tradition to have live music performers in certain days of the week and we try to keep up with that principle. Our founder Okan Kitapçi is very keen on this principle, who is a musician as well accompanying the performing bands either by his piano or guitar from time to time. Jam sessions held in Club Mistral are long cherished by the guests.

BEACH & SWIMMING POOL
Because we did not want to put down any tree during construction our swimming pool had taken an eccentric shape. You will agree with us while swimming under palm branches. The sunbeds by the pool are also from Far East and made of teak.

The sea coast here is the cleanest in all Aegean Sea and this cleanliness is identified by blue flag in international health standards. Our beach is right in front of the restaurant area. For the convenience of the sun bathers as well as swimmers the beach is covered by a wooden platform. Shower units and change rooms are available both in the beach and the pool area.

HEALTH & WELLNESS
Bay of Hisarönü is the region where goddess of health Hemithea lived. For centuries it has been believed that this area provides health and long life to its residents and visitors. Ruins of a fitness center named By bassos in the antique period are found on the hills of Orhaniye village. According to the myth goddess Hemithea used to heal sick people by hypnosis in her monastery.

Because our club is located at such famed area, we are encouraged to be health conscious. Since the boutique hotel which shall be opened in near future will be mostly spa oriented, you may benefit from health and wellness services offered at the spa while at the same time having alternative massage techniques applied by health experts by the swimming pool.

A small hotel in a quiet and beautiful setting by the sea, away from Marmaris' decibel belt. The region of Marmaris forms the world's sole natural habitat of the styrax - or frankincense - tree (liquidambar orientalis). The frankincense tree occurs in dense forests which are under legal protection.

Club Marina is situated at the northwest point of the Fethiye Gulf on the beautiful southwest coast of Turkey. Approaching
When approaching from the Ölüdeniz direction, you can reach the Göcek harbour by following the Göcek Island route. First proceed by keeping the "Dökükbaşı Burnu" on the starboard side and the Göcek Island lighthouse (Fi (2) 10s 8 M) on the port side. As soon as you pass Göcek Island you will be in the inner harbour of Göcek. The Club Marina lighthouse (Fi WR 7-4 M) will be visible on the port side. When you continue, keeping this lighthouse on the port side, two gigantic green colored fuel containers, belonging to Mopak, will be seen ahead of you. After passing the Club Marina Lighthouse, turn 90 degrees to port and this will bring Club Marina into sight.

Our fuel station, which is equipped with high technology pumps, is at your service throughout the year, 24 hours a day. Our station is capable of collecting sewage (grey water) and bilge water of yachts during re-fuelling.

ELECTRICITY CONNECTION
Club Marina has an efficient power distribution network and a 875 kwa generator. There are a total of 134 electricity and water supply boxes in the marina. The total number of plugs on power bollards is 226. General power distribution is as follows : 71 Three-phase and mono-phase 230 V - 400 V, 63 Mono-phase 200 - 250 V, 25-40-63-100-125-200 amperes available.

WATER CONNECTION
Water is supplied through the bollards and each bollard has 2 taps.

COMMUNICATION
Internet : WLAN Wireless Local Area Network system has been established in the marina. Login User Names and passwords are available from the marina Office.
Telephone : Telephone booths are available for the public's use. Private telephone lines are available upon request.

SECURITY
Club Marina is guarded by the Club Marina Private Security Department on a 24 hour basis.

FIRE FIGHTING UNITS
Fire Fighting Units, Fire Alarm Systems
A 7.30 m Fire Boat has fire fighting capability with foam and sea water extinguishing systems and has supplementary ABC fire extinguishers on board. This boat can also be used for towing, rescue and evacuation purposes. The marina personnel are well trained, exercised and ready to intervene in case of an emergency situation. Each quay is equipped with additional ABC dry chemical powder fire extinguishers.
The fuel station is equipped with independent fire-fighting apparatus.

GÖCEK
Göcek is one of the most charming villages near the holiday resort town of Fethiye. Since the mid 1980's, Göcek became a yacht haven with the first marina in the Gulf of Fethiye. Club Marina has become an ambassador for the development of yacht tourism in Turkey since it's foundation in 1990. Göcek is now a very important centre for yachtsmen and women from all over the world with marinas, hotels, restaurants and many other facilities.

GULF OF FETHIYE
The Gulf of Fethiye is surrounded by the lower slopes of the Taurus Mountains. The location has been an attractive settlement area since ancient times because of it's natural beauty and resources. It was known as the 'Land of Heros' and associated with the Lycian civilisation which used to be one of the most reputable civilisations of the world.

They were said to be an ally of the Trojans during the Trojan War. A convenient archaeological settlement named as 'Caunos' situated alongside the Dalyan river is known as a frontier city belonging to the Carian civilisation. Archaeological evidence indicates that this region was a very difficult spot for Alexander the Great during his campaign to the East.

Apart from the Lycians, the Romans, Byzantines (Eastern Romans), Seljuk Turks and Ottomans are some of the other civilisations who left their traces in this beautiful location. Because of it's strategic convenience to the ancient sea trade routes, the Gulf and it's environs also maintained it's significance for sailors. Dalaman Airport : Port Göcek is just 22 km from Dalaman International Airport which has daily flights to and from most major European cities throughout the whole summer. In winter, connections can be made via Istanbul, or you can have a direct flight to Antalya and then enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Taurus Mountains during your transfer to Göcek. Dalaman`s runway can be used by private planes, and there are facilities at Port Göcek for seaplanes.

Port Göcek is on the southwest of Turkey's coastline, and is located in Fethiye Gulf. The sheltered harbour provides a secure place for yachtsmen. Port Göcek is 5 minutes away from Göcek village centre.

APPROACHING
To ensure prompt assistance upon your arrival please call the marina on VHF channel 73 some 15 minutes before your expected arrival time.

Approaching the Marina from a southerly direction
Take a north easterly course from Peksimet Island of approximately 030°T leaving Kapıdağı Peninsula and Tersane Island on your port hand. Once clear of Tersane Island come round to north east on a course of approximately 010°T. This will take you clear of Yassıca Island (The Low Islands). Ahead you will see Göcek Island with its lighthouse on the eastern tip. Once this light is abeam to port come round onto a north westerly course of approximately 325°T. This course will take you through the narrows into the head of the bay.

Port Göcek is the first marina in the bay on your starboard hand. You will pass our wave attenuator pontoon to starboard, which is marked by isolated danger buoys providing a clear line of approach to our fairway buoy. At the fairway buoy you will alter course to starboard to enter the marina channel. This is marked by port and starboard channel marks. Once in the marina our staff will be on hand to assist you and guide you to your designated berth.

Approaching the Marina from the 12 Islands
Assuming you are passing between the mainland and the offshore islands, you will be heading in a north easterly direction and Port Göcek will be fine on your standard bow. You will see our wave attenuator pontoon, which is marked by isolated danger buoys. Here you should turn to port and come onto a north westerly course for our fairway buoy. At the fairway buoy you will alter course to starboard to enter the marina channel. This is marked by port and starboard channel marks. Once in the marina, our staff will be on hand to assist you and guide you to your designated berth.

Mooring : 150 yachts

Municipality Marina, owned and managed by the municipality of Göcek, offers limited services and facilities compared to the private marinas in Göcek. This is sited in front of the village center and has two quays of mooring.

MARINA SERVICES
There are electricity and water supply, telephone, showers, toilets, fax and waste is being collected. However its being located just in the center and the lower prices make this marina populated. It has 150 yachts mooring capacity, if you would like to check whether there is a place left, you can contact them.

Guests come to Göcek either for the yachts and boats in the harbour or boutique hotels and villas in the region. It is a mixture of all nationalities who are out of “package tourism” concept. Therefore, services given is with a view to quality but not to quantity. Göcek is the gateway to the wonderful unspoiled islands in the gulf. Due Göcek is a sailing base, there are four marinas and one boat yard.

There is one beach belonging to Swisshotel Göcek Marina & Resort which you can enter by paying daily price or you get a seasonal membership. There is Inlice Beach out of Göcek which you can reach within 10 minutes drive, running by the municipality of Göcek.

DINING
There are many restaurants which feature a wide array of seafood along the shore in Göcek. You can choose from regional fish such as rock grouper, gilt head bream, red mullet, and common grouper which are carefully displayed for you in refrigerated glass cases. Pizzas, grilled meat, kebabs, Turkish cuisine are the alternatives to the fish.

SERVICE WORKS
Our workshop are at Port Göcek Marina and Turkey Club Marina. Service will be carried out and completed efficiently in the shortest possible time. The quality of service will be of high standard.

Service will be given by experienced and proven staff members. Staff members are expected to present themselves in neat attire and of good grooming at all times. The initial contact with the client will be done by an English speaking technical manager or coordinator. This person will then continue to act as client representative until completion of the work.

Inspection of the work to be done will be carried out immediately after the initial meeting. This inspection will be done by the client representative and technical staff with the client fully briefed of all eventualities.

After inspection an estimate quotation will be prepared. After agreement with the client of the estimate, work will begin as soon as possible. The client representative or quality control manager will supervise all work carried out by staff. No work will be undertaken without the client's consent and subject to his approval.

Proforma invoice is prepared and delivered to the client.

Blues® Technical Services is registered with the Turkish Standards Institute, Competency Certificate 1.04.14.02/512 and is insured by Koç - Allianz Insurance. Our workshop premises encompass an area of 1,000 m2 in Göcek and an area of 97 m2 in Camper & Nicholsons Port Göcek Boatyard and currently employs 30 staff members carrying out the following services;

* All outboard engine repairs and also we hold the authorized service and competency certificates of YAMAHA and JOHNSON / EVINRUDE Outboard Engines as well as SEADOO / BOMBARDIER jet-skis, sport boats and ATVs. All diesel engine repairs and also we are the authorized service station of MTU, YANMAR, CUMMINS DIESEL, VETUS and LOMBARDINI engines.
* All life raft and dinghy repairs and we are the authorized service station for JOKER, ZODIAC, PLASTIMO, PLASTIMAR, RFD, AVON and BOMBARD life rafts and dinghies.
* Osmosis treatment (We hold the Gel-shield Application Centre certificate). We are specialists in this field and would be happy to carry out a free hull survey when your vessel is out of the water.
* Paint work as we are an official Application Centre for INTERNATIONAL PAINTS (painted boats can be visited in C & N Port Göcek Marina and Turkey Club Marina).
* Epoxy repairs and epoxy fiber laying.
* Gel coat repairs.
* PU and synthetic varnish applications + teak cleaning and teak oil application.
* Fire extinguishers refill and test.
* Rigging work.
* Standard dry-dock work, zinc anodes replacement, sea valves maintenance, shaft and propeller cleaning, cutlass bearing replacement.
* Standard dry-dock work, anti-fouling paint application + hull topsides and deck clean and polish work.
* Various turner and stainless work + water, fuel and holding tank fabrication and installation + bimini and spray hood fabrication and installation + shaft fabrication.
* Electrical repairs.
* Dinghy, jet-ski and outboard engine storage in covered area.
* Gardiennage Service - Please check standard winter and summer check-in and check-out lists.

In addition these services can be arranged by Blues Technical Services in cooperation with recognized companies and craftsmen. Electronic repairs, wood work, sail repairs, upholstery, air-conditioning and refrigeration installation and repair.

Orion Boat building produces high quality GPR - wooden boats since 1999 with the knowledge of engineering, modern technology and skilled crew on traditional boat building. Orion boats which varies from 5 to 22 m., are not only preferred in Türkiye but also at Holland, Germany, Denmark and Norway.
